All Conte Estate wines are vegan friendly and are made without the use of animal products.


The fruit from the vine is picked when flavours are rich and abundant. The deep and full coloured juice can then be extracted with extended skin contact during fermentation.

The red wine is open fermented and hand plunged and pumped over, then pressed and racked. Settling and maturing is done in American and French oak barrels for 12 to 24 months in a cool climate cellar.
